Wendover Wharf Demolition
The project site is located in Wendover approximately 50 kilometers east of Ottawa. The work area is located at the end of Du Quai Avenue on the south side of the Ottawa River. The site coordinates are: 45°34'26.3"N 75°07'41.2"W.
The work under this contract includes:
.1 Installing and maintaining a turbidity curtain around the in-water work area.
.2 Demolition and disposal of the following, including all accessories and components:
.1 Two Wharves;
.2 Concrete launch ramp;
.3 Two concrete retaining walls including tie rods and anchor blocks;
.4 Asphalt within the specified limits;
.5 Concrete barriers, fencing and signage;
.6 One light standard;
.3 Salvaging and regrading existing ballast stone and rip rap;
.4 Removal, salvage and reinstatement of two information signs;
.5 Supply and installation of:
.1 Granular base;
.2 Asphalt; and
.3 Rip Rap.
