Mid Life Renovations – St. Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba

This project is for the interior renovation to a government owned building located in St. Pierre-Jolys, MB. Project to include: - Selective Demolition of interior elements consisting of doors, detention doors, millwork, interior glazing, interior partitions, acoustical panels, HVAC, electrical fixtures, and plumbing. - Installation of new partitions and masonry walls. - Installation of new doors, frames detention doors and interior windows. - Installation of new architectural woodwork. - Installation of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes consisting of epoxy flooring and wall bases, paint, elastomeric coatings, ceilings and acoustical panels - Revisions and upgrades to existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to suit building modifications
