Supply and install a metal staircase to link the lower roof to the upper roof

MANDATORY SITE VISITS The site visits will be held on January 7, 2025 and on January 8, 2025 both at 10:00 am PST. Meet Camelia Kalakhi at 4250 Wesbrook Mall Vancouver, BC V6T 1W5. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and their tenders, therefore, will be considered as nonresponsive. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. DESCRIPTION Work under this contract covers the supply and installation of a metal staircase to connect the lower roof to the upper roof, complete with guardrails; the supply and installation of guardrails in some areas of the roof; and the supply and installation of Roof anchors in the Council's Building in Vancouver of the National Research Council. Please note that the National Research Council Canada will be closed for the holidays starting at noon Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until the reopening of business on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Any questions or submissions submitted during this time will be addressed on the following days.
