Description

To have a certified HVAC Contractor to replace the A/C unit(s) in building WW03 at Warkworth Institution. The Contractor must remove and dispose of the existing units, and supply and install twenty-eight (28) split A/C multi-zone ductless units and six (6) multi-zone cold climate ductless condensers on the roof. The current Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system must continue to run with the LG brand main control that is currently in place.
