S-77 Lab 153 Renovations

Work under this contract covers the refurbishment of a Lab area in the Council's Building S-77 of the National Research Council’s Sussex Drive Campus at 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6. Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM and November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT. Meet Chris Cleroux at National Research Council Canada, Sussex Building, 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6. All deliverable must be received within 8 weeks of award. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
