Stage 2 - Dalvay-by-the-Sea Hotel Fire Protection Rehabilitation - Prince Edward Island National Park

REQUIREMENT Rehabilitation of fire suppression, fire detection and fire alarm systems, and architectural components such as doors, frames and hardware and wood stair balustrades. Furthermore, work is expected to include provision of new gypsum board partitions, steel doors, frames and hardware, carbon monoxide monitoring, and electrical and mechanical systems. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”
