Scope The Canadian embassy in Paris, France requires the services of a contractor with skills and professional experience in the acquisition and installation of new kitchens. The contractor must ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards. Bidders’ Conference A Bidders’ conference will be held virtually, in French, on Monday, January 19, 2026. The conference will begin at 15:00 Central European Time. Bidders can attend the conference virtually or in person at 130, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France. It is recommended that Bidders who intend to submit a proposal attend or send a representative. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contract Advisor before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contract Advisor, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than 3 business days prior to the conference.
