Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada is looking for a general contractor for a project including the supply, labour, equipment and materials in order to perform the work as described in the specification. Objectives: The purpose of this project is to replace the roof shingles on buildings 1 and 7 of the Archambault Minimum institution on St-Anne-Des-Plaines complex. Deliverables: Replace the roof shingles on buildings 1 and 7. There will be a mandatory site visit. (See detail bid solicitation document) Details about the site visit are contained in the bid solicitation document. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
