Lutselk'e is located on the eastern arm of Great Slave Lake, approximately 190 km east of Yellowknife. Building area is 378m2, building is single storey with crawlspace, and includes a garage bay with ramp. Project scope includes all aspects of building construction including but not limited to: site clearing/preparation, triodetic foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical (with backup generator), exterior/interior finishing, doors/windows, and millwork. Construction materials are to be delivered to project site via barge (NWT Marine Transportation Services or charter). There is a security requirement associated with the requirement. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
