As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List OR23SLKN, you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: CFHA Apartment Building 6-Plex - Kingston, Ontario
The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of two new apartment buildings (6-units each) at Canadian Forces Base Kingston, Ontario.
A site visit will be held on the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.
Date: Tuesday, 18 February, 2025
Time: 10:00 hours, local time
Location: 6 Assoro Crescent, Kingston
NOTE: “Contractors are advised that site photos and measurements are not permitted”.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $8,522,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 497 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA) .
Even though you have been invited to bid on a project, should your DCC bidding privileges have been suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC projects, said bids will be rejected and no contract will be awarded to said tenderer.
