Farrier Drive and Farrier Place Road Reconstruction Contract

The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the reconstruction of Farrier Drive from (Upper Canada Drive to Farrier Place), Farrier Place (from Farrier Drive to the end of the street), and the intersection of Upper Canada Drive and Farrier Drive. This work extends an approximate distance of 510m. The work includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line as well as LID infrastructure installations.
