All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive Work of this Contract comprises of: Supply and construct a new 16.46m (54’-0”) x 21.95m (72’-0”) shop building with an eave height of 4.87m (16’-0”). Building to include shop area, kitchen/office area, washroom, mechanical/electrical room and storage mezzanine. This posting is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
