At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant. There will be a site visit on Jan 19 at 10am. Interested Bidders are to meet at 2100 Walkley Rd, Ottawa, ON. Names of those attending the site visit and the firm they represent must be provided to the Contracting Authority no later than Jan 16 by 5pm. Any attendance requests after this will be rejected. Any individuals who attend without advance notice will be denied access to the site visit.
