Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for selective demolition and implementation of cooling systems serving two blast booths, including ancillary modification to systems and building components located in Building D175 at the Halifax Dockyard. TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
