All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 27th 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Library and Archives Canada requires a contractor to remove and replace the existing electrical equipment at the Renfrew Archives centre at 770 Gibson Rd. Renfrew, Ontario. The Contractor must perform the work within 86 weeks of contract award. There will be an optional site visit on October 31st at 1:00 PM EDT. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders are requested to register at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled site visit with the Contracting Authority.
