The Regional Individual Standing Offer includes General Contractor Services to perform construction, alterations, and emergency repair work on an as-needed basis, at the following Correctional Service Canada Institutions: Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, SK Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation, SK. Services are to be provided on an “as requested basis”. It is expected that a single firm will be awarded the standing offer and will provide services at both sites. The standing offer will be issued for a period of three (3) years.
