The Government of Canada is contemplating a procurement process for the delivery of the Cultural Heritage Science Hub Project (the “Project” or “CHS”) using a Progressive Design-Build Delivery Model (“PDB”). The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to provide interested parties with preliminary information regarding the Project, as well as the competitive procurement process (the “Procurement Process”) which Canada expects to undertake for the purposes of developing and executing the Project.
