Description

PSPC, on behalf of the Library of Parliament (LoP), plans to replace the existing chiller with a Glycol Chiller. The current chiller is nearing the end of its life expectancy. This replacement will also align with the Canada Baseline Program by reducing Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) gas consumption. The project consists of assessing the existing chiller, including its capacity, condition, and replacement. It also includes the installation and commissioning of the new chiller, as well as providing ongoing support to the building technicians once the new chiller is operational, among other deliverable. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 only. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
