Charlottetown Research and Development Centre – Elevator Upgrade and Lift Replacement Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), is issuing this requirement as a two-phase procurement process for the elevator upgrade and lift replacement at the Charlottetown Research and Development Centre, located at 440 University Avenue, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Phase 1 will consist of an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to assess and pre-qualify suppliers based on relevant experience and technical capability. Only those suppliers found to be qualified under the ITQ will be invited to participate in Phase 2, which will be a solicitation for bids for the execution of the construction work.
