Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) must comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply, deliver, maintain, clean and repair plumbing fixtures; supply, return, and sewage lines; and steam, condensate, and natural gas lines and associated equipment on an “as required” basis at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake and the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range (CLAWR).
