Parking Lot 355 – Retaining Wall and Stair Landing

PSPC has a requirement that involves the rehabilitation and improvement of Parking Lot 355, located north of the Vehicle Screening Facility on Parliament Hill- 111 Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario. There are urgent health and safety concerns stemming from crumbling infrastructure and deteriorated access points. Rehabilitation is required to restore safe public and operational access.This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 only. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
