Phase 2-ITT-EW038-260491 AAFC Exterior Envelope Upgrade Admin Building, Beaverlodge AB

Work of this Contract, for the Administrative Building of the Beaverlodge Research Farm, Beaverlodge AB, comprises of the following: 1. Demolition of existing stucco cladding assembly to board sheathing, windows and exterior doors, as well as limited excavation at the building foundation to facilitate waterproofing of the foundation walls. Replacement of exterior light fixtures. 2. Building envelope improvements for exterior wall cladding, windows, and doors, improved washroom exhaust. a) Limited site work to restore existing conditions. b) Limited mechanical and electrical work to facilitate envelope improvements. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work (substantial completion) by November 1st, 2026.
