The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour,equipment, hardware, and materials; complete, and in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings, and subject to all terms and conditions of the contract. Bidders are advised that opportunities and requirements may arise that could warrant changes to the work that are in keeping with this general scope. Such changes will be made through the change order processes as outlined in the contract documents.
