EZ899-260894 CSC Mountain Institution Building K Upgrade HVAC Equipment Phase 1 ITQ

Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, has a construction requirement for upgrading HVAC equipment in Building K of the Mountain Institution located at 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase process. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase 2), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase 2, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
