30 Metcalfe – Overhead Protection and Scaffolding Installation

The project consists of installing overhead protection around the building to enhance pedestrian safety and mitigate risks associated with falling debris. (Optional) Install a section of scaffolding above the overhead protection to allow the required inspection of the exterior stone wall. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165 in the General Contractor Stream. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
