Build Canada Homes RFI

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Request for Information (RFI) represents the launch of Build Canada Homes’ (BCH) work with the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) sector and is a key component of its plan to advance adoption in Canadian homebuilding. The intent of this RFI to solicit feedback from industry to better understand the capabilities, business models, and delivery approaches of Canadian MMC firms. This information will inform the design of strategies to support the sector and guide future procurement activities.
